It’s so nice to have someone coaching you that has so much life experience and that gets where you are in your life and understands and can properly advise you of the best steps to take. Erik like me has a business background and understands the challenges business can offer. But it’s understanding those challenges and not being defined by them is the key. Erik is a really great listener and really delved into the root cause of my resistance and could totally relate to it and help explain it. 

Erik showed me the meaning of true entrepreneurship, the ability to be fully present, listen and give. It was only later that I found out it was even on his birthday that he took more than an hour to really connect with me! Erik is there for you, fully present and listening. Brilliant ability to listen and clearly distinguish what the real challenge is.

Erik has been moderating an event on start-ups and the development stages that I was a panel member in. Erik has a very pleasant way of introducing (getting crowd and stage people settle in and familiarize), presenting the topics, get deeper into the discussion and making the public interact.
